Returns & exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, however we do understand that sometimes issues occur. If an issue occurs with your purchase we will be more than happy to fix it. You can return your purchase for an exchange or in-store credit.
DHC Hassle Free Exchange Policy
Merchandise must be returned within 14 days in order to receive store credit
Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed (this includes deodorant stains, other stains, perfume smells, cigarette smells, etc. If you still choose to return an item that is ineligible for return, we will ship them back to you at your expense
DHC provides complimentary return labels on your items (U.S. only)
Any merchandise marked "FINAL SALE" cannot be returned
Shipping charges are non-refundable
We do not accept returns on panties or other lingerie items for hygiene reasons. NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you received free shipping with your order and request a refund, we will deduct our original shipping cost fee from your total refund as you are not longer eligible for free shipping

Whether you bought your purchase online, in stores or over the phone, if you are in the Chicagoland area you can return your item to our store location.
Ship your items back
If you received your items by mail, simply reach out to our customer service department at email@example.com, and we will happily send a label for you to return your item.
